The motor fire pump equipped with water belt and water gun, is suitable for general material fires and is free from traffic, power and area restrictions. Portable fire pump and float fire pump are commonly used nowadays. Portable fire pump is composed of gasoline engine, single-stage centrifugal fire pump, water diversion device and hand lift accessories.

Portable fire pump is divided into four stroke and two stroke according to the work cycle of gasoline engine. The four-stroke gasoline engine rotates for two weeks, completing a work cycle, while the two-stroke gasoline engine completes a work cycle every week. The four-stroke gasoline engine has a better air distribution mechanism, which guarantees that the engine has a higher aeration coefficient of cylinder. The four-stroke gasoline engine has special lubricating mechanism with good lubrication condition and long service life. At the same time, it makes four-stroke gasoline engine convenient to use by not burning mixed oil. At present, four-stroke gasoline engine is widely used in portable fire pump, such as BJ l5, BJ l0A. The two-stroke gasoline engine has no air distribution mechanism and specially designed lubricating mechanism, but it is simple in structure, small in size, large in power and light in weight, which makes portable fire pump small, light. However, the gas cylinder of the two-stroke gasoline engine has a low aeration coefficient, and some of the fresh mixture is discharged during the intake process. So it has bad economy. And the two-stroke gasoline engine needs to burn gasoline and lube oil mixed oil. BJ25D, BJ22 high power portable fire pump generally adopts two-stroke gasoline engine.

Portable fire pump can be divided into single cylinder and double cylinder according to engine cylinder number. BJ7, BJ331 and BJl0A are single-cylinder engines. BJ20, BJ22 and BJ25 are dual-cylinder engines.

The maximum power rated by the engine is 7 horsepower, 9 horsepower, 11 horsepower, 15 horsepower, 20 horsepower, 22 horsepower and 25 horsepower. At present, our company has developed a 46-horsepower high-powered fire pump, which is the best substitute equipment for imported products.
