Maintenance and Repair

1.Place the fire pump on a dry flat. High humidity erodes the parts that contain steel and is prone to rust.

2.Keep the fire pump clean.

3.Keep oil box and sump in full oil.

4.Maintain vacuum pump oil surface suitable.

5.Test at least once a month.

6.Check the battery once a month.

7.If the fire pump is stored for more than one month, all the oil in the carburetor should be discharged.

8.Worn spark plugs need to be replaced. NGK F7TC

9.Worn vacuum pump V belt rupture should be replaced immediately.  V belt size

Maintenance and Repair

1.Under normal conditions, rinse the nozzles regularly and use fresh water to clean sand and dirt;

2.Check the baffle screw regularly and make sure it is not loose;

3.Check before and after each use of the nozzle to ensure that it is in good condition

Maintenance and Repair

1.Keep the vehicle appearance clean, dry, prevent dirty, damp; tighten timely when loose.

2.Keep the accumulator pile without corrosion, loosen and electrolyte without leakage; wash regularly and keep the battery clean.

3.Check and adjust regularly to keep the vehicle in the safest and most efficient state.

4.According to the use case, the front and rear wheels, rear axle, sprocket, fork and other rotating parts should be scrubbed and lubricated regularly.

5.If the vehicle is not used for a long time, the battery should be charged at least once a month.

Note: The electrical control part is complex, the non-professional should not uninstall and repair without authorization

6.Electric motor is the electric drive part of this vehicle, which must be properly used and maintained.


①During the use of motor, especially on rainy days, it is strictly forbidden to soak water and damp, so that the water enters into the motor to burn the motor.

②The motor housing is not allowed to be knocked and baked at high temperature.

③In daily driving, check the electric conductor of the motor and then the nut on the head of the firmness of the nut to prevent the loose plug.

④It is forbidden to open the motor without authorization, and contact the dealer immediately.

⑤Check whether the handbrake and lock is open when driving. Or it is easy to damage the motor and controller. 

7.Safe and proper use of charger

①It must use special charger designed by the company, otherwise it will damage the battery and even cause fire danger.

②When charging, you must disconnect the battery power switch, open the battery waterproof cap, plug the power cord plug into the charger socket, and then insert the other end of the current line into the 220V power supply.

③When charging, it should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry, rainless, unsaturated place. Do not cover any items on the charger and on the battery to avoid overheating. Do not place in the vicinity of flammable, explosive goods, so as to avoid fire, and the charging place should stay away from children.

④Charging time, depending on the situation, usually takes about six to 12 hours to get the battery full.

⑤The hand must be kept dry when plugged and unplugged.

⑥Charging, if discover battery temperature is too high (above 450 c), charger smoking, abnormal sound, indicating batteries or chargers may be defective. It shall be immediately cut off power supply and then send to dealers for repair.

⑦If use the smart charger, the charge is to check whether the electric wind can exhaust the wind to dissipate heat. If it can not exhaust the wind, it should send repair in time.
